Description
Outside there is a terrace with patio furniture and extensive lawns in front with superb views of the Mediterranean. There are 2 swimming pools nearby, one being directly outside the apartment. There is a small beach 20 minutes walk away. A short walk over the rocks will take you to the superb large sandy beach at Tirant. Alternatively a drive to Tirant Bay takes only 10 minutes.
Kitchen & Lounge
 The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size cooker and hob. It includes a microwave, toaster and a fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier. Also provided are an ironing board, iron and a hairdryer.
The lounge is comfortable with a 3 seater settee and an easy chair. There is also a DVD/video player, mini hifi and CD system. The lounge patio doors fold back the entire width of the room to provide incredible views out to sea and the lighthouse at Cap Cavelleria.
Bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom includes a full size bath plus over shower and has a continuous hot water supply. There is a weekly linen and towel change for 2 week or more bookings. Prices include bed linen, bath and hand towels and tea towels. Please bring your own beach towels.
Bedroom
 The bedroom has a double bed with sprung mattress and a full length wall to wall fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a chest-of-drawers ensuring lots of space for your clothes.
There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom for your comfort on warm nights and a separate movable fan unit if needed.
Should you require it we also provide a mobile heater and dehumidifier. If required the sofa in the lounge pulls out to provide 2 more beds.
